Refunds & Missing Packages

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our shipping method and it is their responsibility to deliver your package to the exact address that you have typed in. We do not offer refunds for missing packages. All orders are finalized once we ship it out. We do not accept returns.

Shipping:

Please allow 1-3 weeks (7-21 days) maximum (before you can apply for a refund) for your order to be completed and shipped out. If your order is not in transit we can issue you a refund after 30 days. We have our own screen print studio and do all the screen printing work in New York.
